ABL Team provides Senior Credit Facility to Franklin Paint Company, Inc.

Hyde Park, MA –

Blue Hills Bank announces the closing of a senior credit facility with Franklin Paint Company, Inc. a Franklin, Massachusetts based manufacturer and distributor of traffic and athletic field marking paint, supplies and equipment.

The senior credit facility provided by Blue Hills Bank allowed Franklin Paint Company, Inc. to refinance their existing senior debt and support future working capital needs of their company.  Led by senior vice president, asset-based lending Keith Broyles, Blue Hills Bank worked with Franklin Paint Company, Inc. to create a structure that provides the company with the capital they need to grow their business.

“When we approached Blue Hills Bank, we asked if they could close quickly and before year-end,” comments Steve Schultz, executive vice president and CFO of Franklin Paint Company, Inc. “With little hesitation Keith Broyles marshalled the requisite resources and accomplished the close with time to spare. We are very pleased to be with a bank that listens and responds to its customers.”

Blue Hills Bank’s commercial lending department boasts a suite of commercial products including commercial real estate, specialized lending, government banking, lower-middle market and asset based lending along with top tier cash management services.
